The Grammar of Anarchy by Dr. B.R.Ambedkar On 25 th November 1949, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar , Chairman of the drafting Committee of the Indian Constitution delivered his closing speech at the Constituent Assembly of India in the Constitution Hall of Parliament.
