RV's 109th Birth Anniversary on the 4th December 2019
E-Touch remembers Shri R. Venkataraman , our eighth President of India on his 109 th Birth Anniversary on the 4 th December 2019 and pays its respects and pranams to ‘R.V.’ as he was affectionately addressed.
