Suicide Note of Retired IPS Officer Gaurav Dutt accused West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of harassing In the suicide note, Dutt said , “CM Mamata Banerjee is directly responsible for my action in the form of abetment.” Here is the brief note on the back ground that led him to commit suicide.
