Stalin’s Legislative Steps to release Prematurely Muslims Coimbatore Blasts Terrorists Convicts
Stalin – CM of Tamilnadu had passed resolution in the The Tamilnadu State Assembly to release 49 prisoners, including Muslims during the 115th birth anniversary of former Chief Minister C N Annadurai. They include Muslims Terrorists serving life imprisonment in the 1998 Coimbatore bomb blast case. Now, the matter is awaiting the Governor’s nod. It is unconstitutional and against justice, if the elected government views the prisoners on religious angles and then succumb to the appeasements policies leading to Vote Bank Politics. Terrorists are terrorists irrespective of their religions and to pardon because they belong to Muslim Religion is against natural common justice – it is tantamount to practicing pseudo justice. They are prisoners, convicts undergoing punishments with the due process of judicial processes.
