QUTUB MINAR – PRIDE OF MUSLIMS AND PAIN OF HINDUS AND JAINS
Qutub Minar means Victory Tower. It is Pride of Muslims because 73 metre high Qutub Minar was built by the first Muslim ruler of Delhi, Qutub-ud-din Aibak, to commemorate his victory over the last Hindu ruler of Delhi Prithiviraj Chauhan and that too it was built using the materials obtained by demolishing 27 Hindu and Jain temples. Qutub Minar is Pain for Hindus and Jains as it was built with the ruins of 27 Hindu and Jain Temples. This place was probably a Vishnu Temple before Aibak’s Victory Tower and its destruction is the eternal pain of Hindus and Jains. Qutub Minar was actually 'Vishnu Stambh' before.
