MAHA SCAM OF MAHA VIKAS AGHADI
Maha Vikas
Aghadi Government – Three Parties of Shiv Sena, National Congress Party and
Congress Alliance Government – had become Parties of Maha Scam Parties as
openly alleged by Param Bir Singh in his letter to CM – Maharashtra Government
implicating Anil Deshmukh as Vasool Minister via Sachin Vaze – Mumbai Police
Officer now under police custody and investigation.
It was a
scam of Rs.100 crore per month to be collected by Sachin Vaze from clubs, bars
and other restaurants to be given to Anil Deshmukh, now EX- HM
Maharashtra.
Param Bir
Singh, IPS and Ex- Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, in his letter dated
20-03-2021 to CM - Maharasthra had complained about Anil Deshmukh among other
things the following:
“I have
stood by my oath as a Police Officer for 32 years. HM Maharashtra has publicly
said to media on 18th March 2021 that ‘there were serious lapses
committed at my office, by Mumbai Police and me in the investigation of the
Antilia incident and my serious lapses are not pardonable.’
In mid-March
2021, when I was called late evening at Varsha to brief you (CM Maharashtra), I
had pointed out several misdeeds and malpractices being indulged into by the
Home Minister. Similarly the Deputy Chief Minister and Sharad Pawar and other
senior ministers also were briefed about the misdeeds and malpractices.
Sachin Vaze
– head of the Crime Intelligence Unit was called by HM to his official
residence several times in last few months and repeatedly instructed to assist
in collection of funds for him. One or two staff members and his personal
secretary Palande were present at those briefings with Vaze. HM told Vaze that
he had a target to collect rs.100 crores a month and that there are about 1,750
bars, restaurants and other establishments in Mumbai and if a sum of rs. 2 to
3 lacs each was collected from each of
them, a monthly collection of rs. 40-50 crore was achievable and that the rest
of the collection could be made from other sources.
Immediately
after his meeting with HM, Vaze came to my office the same day and informed me
and I was shocked and was mulling over how to deal with the situation.
Apart from
Vaze, HM had also called Mumbai Police Officers Patil and Bhujbal on the 4th
March 2021 and demanded them to make collections of rs.40-50 crores every month
from the hookah parlours in Mumbai. On 16th March 2021, Patil has
confirmed the details of collection drive for HM in mail chats between us.
Apart from
collection drive for him, it has been my experience during the last more than
one year that HM has on numerous occasions called several officers from the
Mumbai Police to his official residence at Dyaneshwar for giving instructions
to adopt a specific course of action in police investigations.”

Above
Bombshell letter by Param Vir Singh was all due to Sachin Vaze’s active
involvement in parking of a car laden with explosives and the murder of Mansukh
Hiren.
A brief
report of the incident is given below:
Mahindra
Scorpio belonging to Mansukh Hiren - the Thane auto parts dealer- laden with 20
gelatin sticks manufactured by Solar Industries Limited, Nagpur, a leading
manufacturer of commercial explosives and weighing a total of 2.6 kg was found
parked outside Antilia, the residence of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh
Ambani on February 25, 2021. The seizure had naturally triggered panic button
exposing poor law and order situation of Mumbai Metro.
Mumbai Crime
Branch traced the owner of Scorpio Hiren, 48, who told them that the vehicle
was stolen on February 17, after it broke down while he was headed to Mumbai.
Hiren had registered a complaint at the Vikhroli police station on February 18.
On March 4, Hiren had written to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray
and the police commissioners of Mumbai and Thane complaining that the
investigating agencies were harassing him.
On March
5, Hiren’s body was found in Thane creek
at Retibunder, Mumbai. It was reported to be a murder by gagging him with
cloth. The Maharashtra government handed over the probe of Hiren’s death to the
Anti-Terrorism Squad which was probing the Scorpio bomb scare. While the police
had dubbed Hiren’s death as suicide, the ATS registered a case of murder and
criminal conspiracy on March 7.
With much
hesitant and Court’s direction, the case was transferred to NIA which had
arrested Sachin Vaze on March 13 and many skeletons had come to light
pertaining to Explosive Laden Van, Death of Hiren, Highly Damaging Letter by
Param Bir Singh – Mumbai Police Commissioner now removed and posted to Home Guards
- a new low profile seat and close to Vaze - complaining that Vaze was asked to
collect 100 crore per month by Anil Deshmukh Maharashtra HM to CM of
Maharashtra. Now Anil Deshmukh had resigned from his home ministry due to the
highly critical observations by the Mumbai High Court and its orders to probe
further the allegations of Param Bir Singh by the CBI.
Assistant
Inspector Sachin Vaze was an encounter specialist and author of many popular
books and regular participants in TV Interviews and Shows. Vaze was also the
brain behind and creator of the first social networking portal in Marathi. लई भारी www.laibhaari.com is the Marathi
version of Facebook. The portal put on test run on 4 November 2010 and had a
membership figure of 15000+ till formally launched on 21 November 2010.
Vaze knew
Hiren as evidenced by a phone conversation between the two in 2020. Further
Vaze was suspended in connection with the custodial death of Khwaja Yunus, an
accused in the 2002 Ghatkopar bomb blast case, but, he quit the service in 2008
to join the Shiv Sena. Instead the Thackeray Government reinstated Vaze in 2020
citing Covid exigencies. It was suspected that Scorpio was in the inspector’s
possession from November 2020 to February 5, 2021. Hiren had reported to have revealed
to his wife that Vaze pressurized him to get arrested for parking Scorpio with
explosives with an assurance that he would be out on bail within two to three
days.
This was
merely for Vaze to get instant fame and promotion, but everything had
backfired.

about Sachin Vaze so far collected is listed below:

Sachin
Vaze had checked into Trident Nariman Point on February 16 as ‘Sushant Sadashiv
Khamkar and produced a fake aadhar card as ID proof.

Mystery
Girl in the episode - Meena George, 30, from Gujarat was suspected to have
staying at the same hotel from February 16 to 20 where Vaze was staying and was
said to have brought note counting machine in the hotel.
•
It
is also reported that Vaze carried five bags with him at the time of check-in
with one containing a jelly-like substance suspected to be gelatin, while the
other bags were full of currency. The x-ray images of the bags retrieved from
the hotel confirm the presence of currency.

Vaze
has a joint bank account and also a locker account with his aide and co-
accused Vinayak Shinde and had drawn an amount of Rs.26.50 lakh on March 18,
five days after his arrest.

Two
CPUs of computers, the number plate of a vehicle, two DVRs, and a laptop among
other things were recovered from Mithi river near Bandra-Kurla Complex in the
presence of Vaze.

A
diary from a club in south Mumbai mentioning that a huge amount had been paid
to Vaze apart from a passport of an unknown person at Vaze’s house.
Some details
about Infamous Ex-HM Anil Vasantrao Deshmukh: He belongs to the NCP of Sharad
Pawar’s Party and represents Katol Constituency in Nagpur District – 5 time
MLA. He adopted Varsha, an orphan girl from ‘Shri Shankar Baba Papalkar's
ashram’ and performed kanyadaan ritual during her wedding. He is a Master
of Science in Agriculture.
Deshmukh was
appointed Home minister of Maharashtra when the Mahavikas alliance of
NCP, Shiv sena and Congress under chief minister, Uddhav
Thackeray came to power in November 2019. Deshmukh, 70, was said to have
got the coveted and crucial job due to
the fact that he is a Pawar loyalist. And he is also very close to Pawar’s
trouble-shooter and party general secretary, Praful Patel.
Documents unearthed during a raid on a club at Girgaum in South Mumbai show
some payments, suspected to be bribe money, being made to officials in the
Mumbai Police and the administration. One of the documents shows the name of
the office as well as officers by designation and there was an amount mentioned
against their names, and the same had been tabulated month-wise. It is
suspected that the amounts mentioned against office and officers could be the
bribe money paid every month.
The club was frequented by Waze who had even got Naresh Gor and co-accused Vinayak Shinde employed there. Both of them are in the NIA custody at present.
Documents
pertaining to SIM cards procured through Gor for his personal use were traced
and Gor is alleged to have procured the SIM cards from Ahmedabad in Gujarat and
these were handed over to Vaze through Shinde. One of these SIM cards was used
by Vaze to give a call to Hiran, which turned out to be the last call before
the businessman was killed.
Hiran was
allegedly killed by Vaze after reports started surfacing that the case may be
handed over to the central agency for probe. Initial investigations suggested
that Hiran was called to a place where he was made unconscious with the help of
some drugs before being smothered to death.
When Hiran’s
body was recovered from the creek in Thane district, his face was masked and
his mouth had several handkerchiefs stuffed inside it. All his personal
effects, including a gold ring, a wristwatch, a wallet, and the mobile phone —
which he had on him when he left home at 8.30pm on March 4, according to wife
Vimla’s statement to the police — were missing.
Apart from
blatant misuse of power and unethical interference, Anil Deshmukh – politician
and Most Obedient Servant of Sharad Pawar – NCP Supremo - should be shunted out of politics and
punished for his misdeeds.
Maha Scam
has become Maha Scar for the Land of Shivaji Maharaj.
Court may
take its own time, but, Voters of Maharashtra should never forget or forgive
Maha Vikas Aghadi and in particular Anil Deshmukh.
