AI SUMMIT VS ARROGANT CONGRESS PROTESTS
In February 2026, Rahul Gandhi defended the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) members who staged a shirtless protest at the India AI Impact Summit at Bharat Mandapam. His explanation centers on the symbolic nature of the act as a form of "political dissent" and not a mere theatrics.
Rahul’s arrogance and ignorance were well exposed, when he compared his Indian Youth Congress’s Portests to Mahatma Gandhi’s 1921 decision to abandon his upper clothing which he had done to identify with the millions of Poor Indians.
Rahul’s defense, if we analyze, lacks sense and substance and is very much hollow to say the lease.
Rahul argued thus: His Youth brigade protesters were shown their bare bodies to highlight that the "soul of the country" is being compromised and that by removing their shirts, they aimed to show that while the government showcases high-tech "AI summits," the common youth are being "stripped" of opportunities, data privacy, and economic security.
Rahul called the protesters his "Babbar Sher" (Lion hearts) and stated that "peaceful protest is not a crime—it is the soul of democracy." He framed the act as a constitutional right to raise questions against those in power.
About 10–12 IYC members entered the high-security venue using legitimate
QR codes. They removed their shirts to reveal slogans like "PM is
compromised" and "India-US Trade Deal".
The chaotic, shirtless IYC protesters are disrupting an international event. The crucial visual element is the reaction of the global community (a shocked delegate calling it "very unprofessional"), emphasizing that this approach prioritizes viral moments over national interest and constructive debate. Even Gandhiji would reprimand those who protests with his walking stick and advised them to be more civil and democratic and not this anarchic type of agitation. But Rahul will not hear any sane advice nor he is capable of adhering decency and decorum in airing his dissents and disputes.
The PM termed the protest "dirty and naked politics," accusing the opposition of using a premier international conclave to settle domestic scores.
A Delhi court, while granting police custody of the protesters, described the act as a "blatant assault on public order." The magistrate noted that the conduct "transcended the ambit of legitimate dissent" and "imperilled the Republic’s diplomatic image.“
The court emphasized that the protesters used legitimate QR-coded passes for a "premeditated intrusion" into a high-security zone.
Several protesters, including IYC National President Uday Bhanu Chib, were arrested under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for criminal conspiracy and voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servants.
The Overseas Friends of BJP in the US condemned the protest as a "heinous and despicable act" aimed at bringing disrepute to India’s achievements.
A group of 270 retired officials, including former judges and IPS officers, issued a joint statement titled "A National Disgrace at Bharat Mandapam." They argued that using an international summit as a backdrop for a "topless ruckus" signalled instability to global investors.
The government dismissed the IYC's claims that the India-US trade deal would "sell out" citizen data. Officials clarified that: The summit itself was focused on AI Safety and Governance and the trade framework included robust digital safeguards.
There is a famous saying that pictures speak volumes compared to text and hence a few images in the following slides will further expose Rahul and His Youngisthans.
"Gen Z Pandavas are literally clearing the lobby of Kali Yuga demons.“
Nation will never forgive such cheap stunts by Rahul Gandhi to tarnish India’s image on the world stage.
What Congress is doing with India’s AI Summit is nothing new.
History shows that whenever something auspicious and beneficial for the nation takes place, disruptive forces try to derail it.
Congress is doing the same today.
And Congress is Kaliyuga Demon whose sole aim is to make Bharat Weak and Non-Developed and Begging Nation.
