SUPREME INJUSTICE OF SUPREME COURT

Image
While E-Touch wants to term the 11th November 2022 order of Supreme Court for the immediate release of 6 convicts of Rajiv Gandhi’s Assassination as “SUPREME INJUSTICE OF SUPREME COURT”, the Supreme Court, on the other hand, declared its action as “COMPLETE JUSTICE” by invoking its extraordinary discretionary power under Article 142 of the Constitution. COMPLETE INJUSTICE WE ALLEGE – BUT COMPLETE JUSTICE THE SUPREME COURT ASSERTS. Legally the Supreme Court may be correct and justified, but, politically and morally, the Supreme Court’s order is incorrect and unjustified. Some Legal Luminaries said: Article 142 of the Constitution of India, which by its phraseology is a seemingly benign procedural adjunct to the Supreme Court’s powers, has emerged as the most potent devices employed by the court in judicial activism and judicial innovation.  Hence E-Touch alleges that the Supreme Court’s order to release Rajiv Gandhi Assassination Convicts is bordering around Judicial ...

MARGAZHI MONTH – GOD’S MONTH – SPECIAL SPIRITUAL MONTH TO STABILISE BODY AND MIND

Image
As Lord Krishna proclaimed in the Bhagavad Gita - Month of Margazhi is Mine, Margazhi Month is dedicated to God and God alone. Hence during this month, people of Southern States – viz Tamilnadu , Karnataka, Kerala and Andhrapradesh which includes Telengana are fully engaged in Bhajans, Music, Devotional Dance performances, Spiritual Discourses etc. In this month, people perform nagarsankeerthan – unjavirthi rituals where women folks will offer rice and circle round the bhakthas who sing devotional songs along with musical instruments like thamburas, mridangams, cymbals and subla khata. These are being performed very early morning around Temples. The Bhakthas gather in front of the temple to start their nama sankeerthans and go around the four streets around the temple and conclude in front of the temple.  Reciting Andal Thirupavai and Manickavasagar Thiruvambavai are considered very auspicious in the month of Margazhi. Apart from these recitals, Upanyasams about Ramayana...

LINK TO THE HINDU EDITORIAL: https://www.thehindu.com/opinion/editorial/heavy-handed-hurry-the-hindu-editorial-on-the-wire-fiasco/article66092058.ece   After reading “The Hindu Newspaper” Editorial published in its 4th November 2022 edition under the caption – “Heavy Handed Hurry – Perils of editorial laxity are obvious, but defamation should be decriminalized” pertaining to the controversy over ‘The Wire’, I honestly thought that The Hindu Newspaper had become ‘THE WIRE’S SHADOW’.   I am quite aware that this is a serious allegation against a renowned newspaper existing even before India got Independence and that its editorials are highly valued and rated giving five stars status amongst the public in general.   Such being the case, I am duty bound to explain the grounds on which I allege The Hindu in such a defamatory phrase.   Let me first jot down the points from the Hindu Editorial where I defer and object to their views and judgements and...
