MODI HAD SAID ABOUT TAMIL WRITER SHIVA SHANKARI IN HIS MONTHLY MAAN KI BAAT ON THE 29TH OCTOBER 2023:

 

The Famous Tamil Writer Sister Shiva Shankari Ji with her project – Knit India, through Literature – had become a role model for Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.

 

Her project – Knit India through Literature – means to knit over a common thread and connect the country through literature.

 

She has been working on this project for the last 16 years.

Through this project she has translated literature written in 18 Indian languages.

 

She travelled across the country several times, from Kanyakumari to Kashmir and from Imphal to Jaisalmer, so that she could interview writers and poets from different states.

 

ShivShankari Ji travelled to different places and published the accounts along with travel commentaries. This is in both Tamil and English languages. There are four big volumes in this project and each volume is dedicated to a different part of India. I am proud of the strength of her resolve.

The work of Thiru A. K. Perumal Ji of Kanyakumari is also very inspiring.

 

He has done a commendable job of preserving the story telling tradition of Tamil Nadu. He has been engaged in this mission for the last 40 years.

 

For this, he travels to different parts of Tamil Nadu, discovers the folk art forms and makes them a part of his book. You will be surprised to know that till now he has written around a 100 such books.

 

Apart from this, Perumal Ji also has another passion. He likes to research on the Temple culture of Tamil Nadu. He has also done a lot of research on leather puppets, which is benefitting the local folk artists there.

 

Shiv Shankari Ji and A.K. Perumal Ji’s efforts are exemplary to everyone. India is proud of every such effort to preserve her culture, which not only strengthens our national unity but also enhances the glory of the country, the honour of the country… in fact, everything.

Nithyashree Mahadevan , Aruna Sairam , OS Arun , Unnikrishnan , Anuradha Shriram , Tippu & Saindhavi – names that you’re most familiar with Carnatic music who are supposed to be a role model for younger generatons .  The above mentioned singers  stooped down to the lowest level possible. They all signed up to sell their music, Thyagaraja Kirthanas to christian mission by simply changing few words and singing in praise of Jesus. It is highly condemnable that they chose to replace the word Rama with Yesu and sang all the kirthanas . It is that same Rama and Krishna who showered their blessings and made them popular and these scumbags have decided to sell our kirthanas to churches who will use them ONLY to do more conversion. Ancient India was called as Bharatavarsa meaning thereby – the country ( varsa ) of Bharata – Emperor Bharata , the son of Shakuntala and Dushyanta Maharaja. Further, Bharata in Sanskrit means Bha – Light and Knowledge and Rata – Devoted and hence Bharata means ‘Devoted to light/knowledge’. In view of such loaded cultural and spiritual background about our ancient country, the constitution of India in its Article 1 (1) confirmed the name of India as Bharat and the actual wording runs thus: “India, that is Bharat, shall be a Union of States” and hence Bharat is officially acknowledged as the name of our country – though the ‘ sickular liberals’ do not want to acknowledge this fact – but, they want our country to be called as ‘India’ only.
