Our Armed Forces! Our Abhinandan! Our Diplomacy! Our Patriotism! Jai Ho!

Month of February 2019 had become Historic due to the following developments:

On the 14th February 2019 around 3.00 pm, Pulwama Terror attack was carried out by a Jaish suicide bomber Adil Ahmad Dar, a local from Indian Administered Kashmir. Jaish-e-Mohammed was the creation of Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence and its chief Masood Azhar is being sheltered by the Pakistan.
On the very next day the 15th February 2019, Most Favored Nation Status accorded to Pakistan was revoked with immediate effect and India imposed 200% customs duty on all goods originating from Pakistan.
India made a strong case and appeal to all members of the international community to support listing Jaish-e-Mohammed chief  Masood Azhar, as a designated terrorist under the 1267 Sanctions Committee of the UN Security Council and to ban terrorist organizations operating from territories controlled by Pakistan.

The Portuguese Parliament unanimously condemned PulwamaTerror Attack in Jammu and Kashmir.  And UNSC strongly condemned cowardly suicide bombing in Pulwana by JeM. A Muslim Country Iran had gone one step further and warned Pakistan thus: Take action against terrorists operating on your soil or we will.
India had decided to divert water flowing from eastern rivers to Pakistan to supply to our people in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab.
A major diplomatic offensive against Islamabad after the Pulwana terror attack was initiated by India by briefing 25 countries including P5 nation – viz. US, China, Russia, the UK and France to highlight Pakistan’s role in using terrorism as an instrument of State Policy.

Security cover of 6 separatist leaders - Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Abdul Gani Bhat, Bilal Lone, Hashim Qureshi, Fazal Haq Qureshi and Shabir Shah – were withdrawn and any other facilities, if any, provided by the Government  to them will also be withdrawn immediately. Police will review if there are any other separatists who have security or facilities and they will be withdrawn immediately.
Indian Government had given a go-ahead to the armed forces to fight terrorism and take necessary action wherever and whenever required after the tragic Pulwana terror attack where India had lost its 44 Jawans. Accordingly on February 26, 2019 – exactly 12 days after Pulwana’s tragedy, our 12 Mirage fighter jets used 1000 kg Spice Missles to eliminate around 300 terrorists belonging to Jaish-e-Mohammed at Pakistan’s  Balakot  by crossing line of control. It was a pre-empt, non-military, anti-terrorism action against terror camps inside Pakistan territory.  It is the most celebrated victory for Indian Diplomacy, as no country except Pakistan had questioned India for crossing Line of Control to bomb terror camps well inside Pakistan territory. India’s stand that its action was – non-military pre empty anti-terrorism action – had gained acceptance even with China who had only advised both countries for restraints.

•    Modi government urged the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) to put Pakistan in the blacklist. The FATF decided to keep it on 'grey list' and gave time till October 2019 to comply with 27 conditions laid in June 2018 when it was put on the 'grey list'. Failing comply, it will be added in the blacklist.
•On 27th February 2019, Pakistan Air Force conducted an airstrike into Jammu and Kashmir in retaliation for the Indian airstrike day before. In the ensuing dogfight between Indian and Pakistani jets, an Indian MIG 21 was shot down over Pakistan and its pilot Abhinandan was captured and Pakistan released  Abhinandan on 1st March 2019.
•    The Indian Force shot down US F 16 deployed by Pakistan during an aerial raid targeting Indian military installations in Kashmir after India’s anti-terror operation in Balakot.  Indian Air Force displayed parts of an AMRAAM beyond visual range air-to-air missile as evidence to conclusively prove that Pakistan deployed US manufactured F-16 fighter jets to attack Indian military installations which are in violation of the end-user agreement. This will be viewed seriously by the US and if proved, there is every possibility of Pakistan being deprived of these F-16 jets by the Pakistan Air Force.

Because of these series of developments unfolding one after another in quick succession, India had undergone shock first due to Pulwama Suicide Terrorists attack and then confidence built up by Modi’s quick action to cripple Pakistan Economy by withdrawing Most Favoured Nation Status along with the imposition of 200% import duty.

India had burst into jubilation on our IAF successful mission of Balakot Surgical Strike 2.0. Bur, soon, India had become terribly sad on hearing that one of our IAF Pilots was captured by Pakistan Army. As his fighter plane MIG-21 was struck by a missile which made him to eject in a parachute. He landed safely into Pakistan territory.

Due to diligent diplomacy of Modi Government, Pakistan was left with no option but to hand over our pilot Abhinandan to us just after 2 days in their custody.

Here one should know how bravely Abhinandan faced his ordeals and proved himself to be a ‘Soldier Par Excellence’.
Abhinandan landed in the village of Horran in Azad Kashmir, approximately 7 km from the line of control. Local villagers had identified him as an Indian pilot by noticing the Indian flag on his parachute.

Upon landing, he asked the villagers if he was in India, to which a young boy replied in the affirmative. He reportedly raised Jai Hind for which the locals responded with pro-Pakistan slogans.

On realizing the dangers that he had to face from the locals, he began to run while firing warning shots. He ran for approximately 500 metres to a small pond, where he attempted to sink and swallow some of his documents. Subsequently, he was captured and manhandled by the villagers before being rescued by the Pakistan Army.

Unfortunately he had to face torture from Pakistan Military during his over 60 hour captivity in Pakistan. He repelled all attempts by the Pakistani interrogators who tried to extract crucial information on Indian troop deployment, sensitive logistics and high security radio frequencies within the first 24 hours of his capture.

He was not provided any medical treatment during initial hours. He  was beaten, choked, deprived of sleep and subjected to mental and physical harassment by Pakistani interrogators. The IAF pilot was made to stand for long hours, made to hear loud music to confuse him and increase his discomfort.

He was constantly moved around and largely remained in Pakistani army's custody even as PAF questioned him. He was finally released by the Pakistan at Wagah Border.

The most brilliant aspect of Abhinandan was his shooting down F-16 fighter jets with exceptional valour, as  F-16 fighter jet is more sophisticated than his MIG 21.

Further, because of his shooting down F-16, India could get parts of this plane that were shown to the whole world as evidence to the complete embarrassment of Pakistan, as F-16 should not have been deployed for military action, but, to be used only against terrorists and its camps as per the end use agreement entered into by Pakistan and US. It becomes powerful evidence against Pakistan that may end in embargo to use F-16 hereafter by the US.

Our CRPF had declared in its twitter: We will not forget, We will not Forgive. We salute our martyrs of Pulwama attack and stand with the families of our martyr brothers. This heinous attack will be avenged.
They had avenged and India is proud of them all.

This had happened because of Strong Leadership under Modi who always walk the talk. India owes a great lot to such a dedicated ‘Kamdhar Chockidar’ – a Devout Son of our Bharath Matha.

Our Armed Forces! Our Abhinandan! Our Diplomacy! Our Patriotism! Our Leader Modi! For All Jai Ho!
