LIAR RAHUL AGAIN LYING: MODI GOVT. APPROVES A NEW LAW TO SHOOT TRIBALS
On April 23, 2019 at a public meeting in Shahdol in Madhya Pradesh
having a considerable tribals population, said: “Modi has made a new law
for tribals in which there is a
line that says tribals can be shot
at.” Actually it seems that Rahul was referring to the
proposed draft amendment sent to all the States asking for wider consultation
with stakeholders to amend the Indian Forest Act, 1927.
This 123 page draft proposes several major changes to
the law and give more stringent power to forest officers. Certain offences that
were bailable earlier have been
proposed to be made non-bailable and the relevant
portion in the draft proposal that was referred to reads as under: “Any forest
officer, may, if necessary, to prevent the comission of any offence under this Act or under the Wildlife
(Protection) Act, 1972, or to apprehend any person engaged in the commission of
an offence under the said Acts, or who has committed such offence, use as
little force including firearms and do as little injury to person and property,
as may be consisten with the prevention
of the offence.”
As the proposed amendment is only in draft stage being
circulated for comments/approval by the States involved, it has not become a
law. But Rahul had lied publicly
that Modi Government has
already made a law which allows the shooting of tribals and Rahul had actually misled the public by his utterances in his election
rally.
Election Commission had already seized of the matter and
its verdict will be coming shortly.
It is a clear case of violating Election Moral Code of Conduct and in all
probabilities, Rahul may again
say ‘APOLOGY APOLOGY – REGRET REGRET’ and his Lawyer
