What is a Toolkit?

The toolkit is a document key to digital-era protests and is equivalent to pamphlets and fliers that are used by the protestors on the streets. In simple words, it is a document that educates and amplifies the cause of the protest. It also provides a roadmap on how to take the protest forward, underscoring what needs to be done, when and how. 

 In short, It is a readymade tool that can be put to use to target and tarnish political parties, politicians – personally & politically with all sorts of lies, false statements, twisted data, engineered photos, supplying photos of explosive situations like riots, burning of corpses, lootings, photos of natural calamities to paint gloomy pictures about Central Government’s apathies to help etc.

Ready to use narrations, catchy phrases, tragic photos with critical comments etc. will be made available in such toolkit.

It is quite unethical for any political party to create such tools to target their rivals. But Congress Party – so called grand old party started with a sole aim to get freedom from British Rule – there no toolkit like stuff were used against British Government or Britishers due to Mahatma’s dictum of  Dharmic Satyagraha - had created such a toolkit to hit BJP – Modi – Amit Shaw and many of its central leaders in this pandemic period.

Worst was that the Congress Party workers were asked to post such anti-India propaganda articles, photos, views, reviews, criticisms etc. to their known friends living abroad and also to foreign newspapers so as to enable them to publish in their papers.

This is surely ANTI-NATIONAL MIND SET AND ANTI-NATIONAL ACTIVITIES duly encouraged, advocated and supported openly and without any sense of shame by Congress Party under the purdah of exposing to help Indians in such Pandamic Situations. Congress Ruled States of Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh were kept away from Congress Toolkit.

Toolkit was the creation of Congress Party of All India Congress Committee (AICC) Research Department which had indicated as follows: The document is research input for the Indian National Congress and does not represent the official party line.

AICC was using Congress Election Symbol in their toolkit, but, shamelessly said its ‘Research Input’ does not represent official party line !  Note of AICC of Congress said: Toolkit stuff’s research input is for the Indian National Congress, but, it does not represent the official party line. Perhaps it represents ‘Foreign’ (Italy) Line !

In this background, please read the following:

The BJP has claimed to have a Congress toolkit designed to destroy PM Modi's popularity and image over the government's handling of the Covid crisis.  The so-called toolkit allegedly asks the party workers to use "super spreader Kumbh" and "Modi strain" to erode the prime minister's image.

Initially though Congress denied that it was not Congress, when confronted, Congress had admitted that toolkit was its creation.

Congress Party Workers were instructed to call the mutan strain as ‘Modi Strain’.  With the help of foreign journalists, Congress wanted to tarnish the image of India for their political ends.

Congress Party’s Toolkit urged its workers to call the KUMBH MELA as ‘Super Spreader Kumbh.

Congress Party workers should  use "dramatic pictures of the funerals and dead bodies“ to damage Modi’s image locally and globally.

Congress Party’s Toolkit wanted to float false information about the construction of Central Vista as Modi’s House – though it is a new Parliament House including PM’s Residence – but create an impression in the people’s mind as if it is for Modi’s Permanent Residence being constructed on Tax Payer’s money.

Same with PM Cares and many more.

Congress Party Workers were advised:

Liaise with foreign journalists and Indian Oped writers in foreign publications and brief them on talking points.

Use the dramatic pictures of funerals and dead bodies which is already being done by foreign media...their reporting can be magnified. The envelope can be pushed to start using demeaning phrases for Modi in intellectual discourse.  Congress had become a Pandemic Disease Party to be voted out and wiped out.

v Use the phrase ‘Indian Strain’ whenever talking of the new mutant. In Social Media volunteers should call it ‘Modi Strain’.
