Tuesday 22nd March 2022 became a black Day for West Bengal Didi Government, as eight to ten people including six women and two children were burnt alive in Bogtui village in Birbhum district of West Bengal due to a group of enraged miscreants setting ablaze around 12 homes.
The autopsy report of the burnt bodies shows that the people were beaten before they were locked in their homes and before the houses were set on fire. The massacre had taken place in retaliation of the alleged murder of a local TMC panchayat member Bagdu Sheikh. It was reported that a gang of four miscreants, travelling on two motorcycles with their faces covered, hurled bombs on Bhadu Sheikh of Boroshal gram panchayat, at a tea stall on Monday 21st March evening. Sheikh was declared brought dead at Rampurhat Hospital. The victim's family accused his party colleagues of killing him over an internal feud after the murder of his brother Babar last year.
Within an hour of Sheikh's murder, his followers went on a rampage in the village picking and choosing houses belonging to rival Trinamool Congress camps in the village. They then set those houses – around 12 houses - on fire after locking the residents from outside. It was at the house of Sona Sheik, once an associate of Bhadu, that 7 charred bodies were recovered on March 22.
These gruesome tragedies – hurling bombs to kill Bhadu Sheikh, TMC Panchayat Leader and retaliation by another rival TMC group setting fires to houses of those allegedly responsible for killing of Sheikh – are all the results of misrule of Didi Government for the past 11 years – making the law and order a mockery and making police to toe the dictates of local TMC goons thereby anarchy, lynching, riots, murders of BJP/Congress/Communists party workers and now between rival factions of TMC party cadres becoming the order of the days.
Earlier, West Bengal had suffered the worst law and order problem, when the Communists were in power for nearly 35 years and Didi had continued the misrule still ruthlessly making the life of common people most miserable.
The main reasons for Intra-TMC clashes are over sharing of the alleged loot of stone and sand trade and TMC’s famous cut money culture. Hence to have control over such illegal mining, TMC goons at village level had captured all village panchayats preventing any other persons from contesting the elections so as to enable their candidates being elected unopposed. In that count, Birhum achieved distinction as the least democratic district. In the district-wide panchayat of Birhum, Trinamool won all forty-two seats unopposed. Apart from such tactics of being elected unopposed, thugs acting on behalf of Trinamool rigged the election in its favor in many panchayats’ elections.
But many Medias – both visuals and prints – are not forthright in condemning the malpractices and violence. The fourth’s pillar of Freedom which had failed in their solemn duties of reporting unbiased such incidents had its share of blame as well.
As a sample, let me bring some glaring biased reporting by the
Hindu News Paper.
Didi fracturing her leg was propagated as an attempt by the BJP to kill her but later Didi had admitted that it was an accident, but, she chose to attend all her election meetings in her wheel chair to gain mass sympathy and votes and she won a thumbing majority.
At that material time, Didi’s Khela Hobe (Game is on) became her trump card in her election campaigns to defeat her main rival BJP. Her open calls to her TMC cadres to bomb the police had not been properly reported and condemned by the Sickularists Lutyens Press.
It is quite revealing to know how The Hindu Daily News Paper – under the influence of Hindu-phobia had portrayed the violent slogan of Khela Hobe. For The Hindu, it was “Leg of God”, while it should be reported as ‘Leg of Devil’ – if the newspaper follows journalistic ethics.
Actually Didi had won the elections with Leg of Devil and Heart of Devil, but, The Hindu and other print media had hailed Didi’s victory as a ‘Defeat of Hindutva Ideology of BJP.
By winning with injured leg, Didi had become sometimes silent and sometimes active spectator for many murders of opposition parties’ cadres post-election by TMC party workers.

DIDI can be tamed only by defeating her in the elections and for that West Bengal voters – if not all – at least majority of Hindu Nationalists voters should en bloc vote against TMC to enforce genuine impartial unbiased and non political Law and Order in the State as a first step so that the investment friendly climate would be created for all round developments which had suffered during the long rules of communists for 35 years and the present rule of Didi for 11 years and still counting.
Awakening of Hindu Nationalism coupled with Bengal’s Native Culturism is the answer to the bad shape of West Bengal State.
O, Bengal! Awake, Arise and Achieve peace and development to the State.
E-Touch is honoring Didi with Horn of Thorn for her Himalayan failure in governance in general and the gory violence resulting in burning of 8 + persons alive by setting their houses on fire and presenting Didi a whip for her to punish herself.
