P. Chidambaram = Political Conspirator = Pucca Cunning = Perfect Cheat

To call our Ex-Home Minister and Ex-Finance Minister – nick named as Recount Minister P.Chidambaram as Conspirator, Cunning and Cheat is not without solid proof beyond reasonable doubts and the E-Touch has the most moral responsibility to be fair and just in accusing our ‘honorable’ ex-central Minister as such.

We accuse Chidambaram as Conspirator, Cunning and Cheat on two counts:

1.Saffron Terror or Hindu Terror as coined and propagated by Chidambaram to describe * 2007 – February - Samjhauta Express Train Bombings,      * 2007 May Mecca Masjid bombing, * 2007 October Ajmer Dargah attack and * 2006 September Malaegaon I & * 2008 September Malegaon II blasts.

2.Ishrat Jahan Fake/Genuine encounter case – Chidambaram’s actions and his explanations  in filing 2 affidavits.

Saffron Terror or Hindu Terror is a neologism used to describe acts of 

violence motivated by Hindu nationalism and it is to specifically attack 

directly RSS and Abhinav Bharat.  The terminology ‘Saffron Terror’ was very

 much in vogue and propagated by the Congress Party to counter ‘Islamic 

Terror’ as an appeasement vote bank politics to side with Muslims as a 

whole and in particular focusing those residing in India after the successive

 blasts taken place at various parts of India targeting Muslims.  Though the

 blames and arrests of these blasts were pointing to some radical 

Islamist groups, Intelligence agencies and Indian polices had also arrested

 members of some Hindu terrorist cells particularly pertaining to Malegaon

 blasts which included  serving Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Shrikant Purohit .

Chidambaram as Home Minister of India, at a meeting of state police chiefs

 in New Delhi, to prove our allegation of his roles as ‘Conspirator’, 

‘Cunning’  & ‘Cheat’ urged Indians to beware of Saffron Terror in August 

2010 thereby sending a strong message to the police officials present and 

others to be unjustly strict on  Hindus in police custodies for these blasts. 

A Hindu Swami in the Patan district had filed a defamation law suit against 

Chidambaram for his ‘Saffron Terror’ comments is another story. 

Some sane voices were also raised from many political quarters which 

included some few Congressmen of insignificant roles that ‘terrorism does

 not have any color other than black’.

But here it needs to be recalled  Rahul Gandhi’s comments to Timothy 

Roemer, the US Ambassador at a lunch which revealed his line of thinking 

about ‘Saffron Terror’.  

Rahul said to the ambassador: Hindu extremist groups could pose a greater
threat to my country than Muslim militants.’ 

His actual wording of the comments were as under: "there was evidence 
of some support for Islamic terrorist group Laskar-e-Taiba among
certain elements in India's indigenous Muslim community, but the bigger 
threat may be the growth of radicalised Hindu groups, which create
religious tensions and political confrontations with the Muslim 
community".

Chidambaram, while asked then his opinion as to his willingness to serve 

under Rahul on his becoming a PM, expressed that he would be too willing

and pleased to serve under Rahul in any capacity! Such was 

Chidambaram’s obedience and obeisance to Gandhi’s family – i.e.

Allegiance to a Family than to the Nation is Chidambaram’s Political Trade

Mark which speaks volume as to his mentality to keep the interests of 

nation last.

Because of such mind sets of Chidamabaram – the Ex-Home Minister, many

blasts happened in different parts of India – perhaps embolden by the 

wrong approach and propaganda of UPA Government in terming those 

blasts as ‘Saffron Terrors’ even before  investigating the attacks without

any preconceived notions or judgements in a noninterference professional

manner.  

Are not these  prove that Chidambaram is Conspirator, Cunning & Cheat?

Let us dwell on the second point -  Ishrat Jahan Fake/Genuine

encounter case.

There are many issues involved to pint point whether Ishrat encounter was

fake or genuine. Initially, Ishrat – 19 year old married Muslim girl –

supposedly studying in college in Mumbai – but keeping company with two

Muslim terrorists along with his husband who was also converted Muslim

having links with terrorists – was labelled as ‘Innocent College Girl’. But

now David Headley revealed that Ishrat Jahan was a member of LeT.

Further, Rajinder Kumar, Ex- Intelligence Bureau Special Director, revealed

that some officials in the CBI were trying to frame Modi for the murder of 

Ishrat Jahan and he was offered allurements by a very senior Congress

leader to produce false evidence for implicating Narendra Modi in the 

Ishrat Jahan encounter case. 

Another explosive revelation by RVS Mani, under Secretary in the 
Chidmabaram-led Home Ministry revealed that he was tortured by CBI 
Officer Satish Verma – he was burnt by cigarette butts.

The revelation of GK Pillai, Home Secretary under Chidambaram, has

really proved Chidambaram’s direct involvement to fix Modi politically and 

his act could be tantamount to Anti-National leaving the security of the 

nation at perils – Chidambaram being the then Home Minister.  

GK Pillai’s revelations are in respect of filing 2 affidavits – 2nd affidavit was 
personally dictated and filed by Chidambaram himself bypassing him which
was against laid down government procedure.  In that 2nd affidavit,

Chidambaram had said: All the four were not terrorists!   

First affidavit which sates that all four people killed in encounter were terrorists was filed on 6th August 2009 and second affidavit stating that there is no conclusive evidence to prove that they were terrorists was filed on 30th September 2009 – after a delay of around 60 days. 

P. Chidambaram’s explanations at various dates about filing of these two affidavits speak volumes about his troubled and confused mind thereby proving in uncertain terms that Chidambaram was unmistakably  a Conspirator, a Cunning Man and a Cheat – all molded into one lump. 

Let me jot down his explanations hereunder:

1. 1st Affidavit was not seen or approved by me – But the relative file noting proved that Chidambaram had actually signed the note referring to 1st affidavit.

2. 2nd Affidavit was filed in order to set right the wrong detected in the 1st Affidavit and all officials were on board. – But, this was proved wrong as the concerned official coming forward to state openly that ‘2nd Affidavit was the creation of Chidambaram without any consultation whatsoever.’

3. Chidambaram had admitted that changes in 2nd Affidavit were mere ‘editorial changes’ – But Chidambaram had totally rewritten the 2nd affidavit completely, as this affidavit states that they were not terrorists which was the main point of disputes. Hence the changes are not ‘editorial’ but ‘complete U-Turn’.

4. Some papers pertaining to these vital information were found missing.

On September 12, 2006, Indian Prime Minister referred as inappropriate to "rule out or rule in" the involvement of Hindu groups saying that "It will be inappropriate for us to rule out anything or rule in anything. I think there should be a fair investigation which inspires confidence and brings out the truth and nothing but the truth without any pre-conceived notion. That has to be the objective". 

When our Silent – if not Sensible PM Manmohan Singh stating and abetting and encouraging those indulging in improper investigations under his regime to implicate Hindus as terrorists leaving the real leaving the real culprits in these blasts and towing the thinking of Powerful Chairperson of UPAs Queen Sonia, it was no wonder that Chidambaram had lied and lying and was encouraged directly and indirectly to deal the issue politically and implicate Modi so as to end his political career once for all.

In this Ishrat case, the aim and target were said to be to eliminate both Modi and Advani duly supported and aided by LeT. It is really sad to note that Manmohan Singh had not played his role of Prime Ministership properly in dealing with such a threat perspective involving high profile political figures – perhaps politically motivated because the persons are belonging to BJP heavy weights.

It is relevant here to bring to the notice of our readers - the ‘no response or reaction’ from our most revered Ex-PM Manmohan Singh, when the most powerful young guy by name Rahul – a mere MP and VC of Congress Party roared in the open press meet and that too when Manmohan Singh was on foreign tour – ‘Let me tear the bill passed and throw it in the dust bin’ comment - much to the discomfort of our Ex-PM, Manmohan Singh. At that time, the public could only contempt our Ex-PM as, alas, he kept mum and swallowed the insults to be in power anyhow. 

Son and Mother duo had done enough damage to the image of the PM post and only Manmohan Singh was to be blamed and none else. To add ammunitions to ‘Saffron Terror’ syndrome, Sonia had criticized Modi in Gujarat election rallies as ‘Merchant of Death’ referring to 2002 Gujarat Riots in order to appease Muslims for the sake of votes. 

For Bugs Episode of Pranab Mukherjee Office when he was the finance minister during June 2011, Chidambaram who was the HM, had been blamed, but, not sacked therefor – being Man Friday of Madam Sonia.

Gang of Four – Manmohan, Chidambaram, Sonia and Rahul had done enough damage to India and all the four have equal share of ‘Conspiracy, Cunning & Cheat’ epithets.
