  "Ban Cow Slaughter!"   Is it a slogan? Is it the agenda of Hindu fundamentalists? Is it the agenda of one political party – read BJP? Is it the agenda of RSS? NO, NO, NO – to Infinity!   It is a constitutional unfulfilled agenda.
