DMK FILES – DMK FAILS

 

DMK FILES EXPOSED ₹ 1340000000000 Scam i.e. 1.34 LACS CRORES SCAMS AND HENCE DMK FAILED AS A RULING PARTY OF TAMIL NADU. 

‘DMK FILES’ is the data of corruptions of DMK functionaries released by Tamil Nadu BJP Chief Annamalai on the Tamil New Year Day – 14th April 2023. DMK Files is Annamalai’s Surgical Strike to expose the corrupt practices indulged in by DMK Ministers and in particular DMK Dynastic Party Members and their relatives. 

Hence it is presumed that DMK Files will lead to DMK Failures and Falls from power – if not today but certainly in the near future. 

Annamalai’s target is to make TN BJP party as a power house to win more seats in Lok Sabha 2024 and to capture power in the Assembly Election 2026. This may seem to be a herculean task – but for Annamalai, it is an achievable aim and goal. 

As Annamalai is having a full backing of Central Leadership especially Amit Shaw – Modi – Nadda  and as Annamalai will be the TN State BJP Chief till at least 2026 Tamilnadu State Assembly Election, Annamalai’s aggressive and courageous steps to target Dravidian Model Culture with a clean, clear and caring messages had already won him many laurels and solid supports from the voters of Tamilnadu. 

Now let us probe DMKFILES released by Annamalai. 

1. DMK FILES: Stalin visited Dubai last year for the purpose of money laundering and signed a deal with Noble Steel Company to invest Rs 1,000 crores in India and  Udhayanidhi Stalin, the CM’s son and current state sports minister, was the director of this company and resigned from the post before the elections. 

DMK’s response: Udhayanidhi was never a director of any company called Noble Steel but was a part of Noble Promoters Pvt. Ltd, from which he exited and sold his shares as early as 2010. He was not connected to the Dubai-based Noble Steel. Merely because the name ‘Noble’ is common, a wild, fanciful allegation on the basis of no materials was concocted to defame our party President and his son – a minister in his cabinet. 

2. DMK FILES: The previous DMK government between 2006 and 2011 received Rs 200 crore as illegal gratification towards the 2011 DMK election fund for approving the contract of Alstom in Phase I of the Chennai Metro Rail Project (CMRL). 

DMK’s response: Stalin had not received a single paisa from any person throughout his 56 years of public life and is the gold standard for probity in public life. 

3. DMK FILES & DMK RESPONSE: Alstom was given preference as against “CIFMC, Spain” that was first in the line was bypassed. CIFMC from Spain participated in the bidding and the Spanish company that was part of the bidding was the CAF, Spain-Mitsubishi consortium. Hence the name of the bidders who took part in the said tender was wrong. Allegations were not only engineered and baseless but also a mischievous interpretation of the facts, with malice and intention to defame Stalin and DMK leaders. 

4. DMK FILES & DMK RESPONSE: Apart from allegations against Stalin of taking bribes for favouring tender for the phase 1 of Chennai Metro Line project, the source of income of Udhayanidhi’s production house Red Giant Movies was questionable as Sabareesan was involved in money laundering. 

The first part of the series had a 15-minute video gave details of the assets, worth about Rs 1.34 lakh crore of 13 DMK leaders, including CM M.K. Stalin, his son Udhayanidhi, son-in-law V. Sabareesan, sister Kanimozhi and cousin Kalanithi Maran. 

Others named in DMKFILES were DMK ministers K.N. Nehru, K. Ponmudi, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi and MPs S. Jagathrakshakan, T.R. Baalu, D.M. Kathir Anand, and Kalanidhi Veeraswamy. 

Rs 1,34,000 crore scam committed by about 11 people in the DMK have been in the party for 30-40 years and the files disclosed approximately 190 companies owned by them. 

Annamalai observed: “DMK is a "Chakravyuh” party which  has layers like an onion. The first family is the core of the onion, they are surrounded by intellectuals. Then the Dravidian ideologues, then they have the media who support them, then companies, then they have Dravidian intellectuals who build narratives outside. 

And again the worst part is that DMK is also a 'parivarvaad' party - the CM, his son is a minister, his son-in-law controls, his sister is an MP. If you look at CM Stalin's family, directly or indirectly, four or five people hold a Constitutional position.“

DMK’S lackluster response to DMKFILES had terribly punctured by the two audios – PTR AUDIOS - released by Annamalai Team much to the embarrassment of Stalin and his minister son. 

In these two audios Tamilnadu Finance Minister Palanivel Thiagarajan was seen saying:  

First Audio: “Both Udhay and Sabaree have amassed Rs 30,000 crores , they have made more money in one year than they (unclear) entire lives and now it’s getting to be a problem, how to handle it, how to not get caught.” 

Second Audio: The ‘spoils’ of the government were taken by the party. The party here means the CM’s son and son-in-law…”.

PTR was seen saying: “CM Stalin and his son-in-law are making money in a month which is more than what their grandfather made in a lifetime.“ 

So PTR's leaked audios are adding a lot of credence to Annamalai’s allegations that the DMK as a party, as a government, is making tonnes of money and is running like a criminal syndicate. 

For TN Finance Minister PTR’s rebuttal for both the audios as deep fakes made by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Annamalai said that he was ready to face the law and prove that the audios released by him was real and gone further to state that he is ready to produce the entire videos not audios to the court, if PTR proceeds with a court case against him. 

Having fallen from the trust of the CM, PTR in all likelihood may be asked to resign from his minister post. But if PTR becomes and acts like an approver for DMKFILES, then Stalin’s position will be weakened and hence PTR may be shifted from Finance – if not kicked out. 

Financial Position of TN Government is pretty weak with Rs.7,20,000 crore debt and servicing the debt will take 40-50 years. 

Annamalai’s observations about his political agenda are as follows: 

“Theme for the 2024 Lok Sabha poll would be ‘En Mann, en Makkal’ (My land, my people). 

The next three parts of ‘DMK Files’ will be released in a phased-manner in the run up to the general election. 

The Tamil People are getting fed up with the usual debates of "Hindi vs Tamil, Aryan vs Dravidian, North vs South". 

BJP as a party value the regional sentiment with a nationalist spirit because we are a national party with regional aspirations built inside.”

After the entry of Annamalai into the Tamil Nadu politics and after assuming the charge of TN BJP Chief, the image of BJP had changed and the support base for the TN BJP party at booth level had grown to a great extent which had given a position and power to demand more seats – to the extent of 50:50. If it fails, Annamalai is all confident to go solo to fight the Lok Sabha and State Assembly Election. 

Annamalai is working tirelessly as a 24/7 BJP Karyakartha which had motivated many new entrants to come to the BJP fold.
