3 FARM ACTS

3 Farm Acts -        FARMER’S PRODUCE TRADE AND COMMERCE (PROMOTION AND FACILITATIONS) ACT – 2020 FARMERS’ (EMPOWERMENT AND PROTECTION) AGREEMENT ON PRICE ASSURANCE AND FARM SERVICES ACT,2020     ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020. These Three Acts are boon and not bane to farmers. Oppositions instead of putting forth its objections across the board, they had chosen the “Streets” and “Agenda of Accusations”.  One Party Chief had gone on record to declare openly in public forum that “when his party comes to power, the first duty is to tear these 3 bills and consign them to dust bin.”   Even his own party Prime Minister had got the taste of his ‘tearing the duly cabinet approved bill to be thrown into dust bin.” Actually, he tore the bill into pieces and threw them into the air. Such utterances are not acceptable in a democracy. Dissent is a core principle of democracy and it should be effetely brought home to the Government through Powerful Debates and Discussions

JUSTICE IN JUDGEMENT IN ACQUITAL OF ALL ACCUSED IN BABRI MASJID DEMOLITION CASE

Image
30-09-2020 – This day is a Golden Day to be remembered by all Devout Hindus, as all 32 accused in Babri Masjid Demolition Case were acquitted on the following grounds after waiting for 28 years: •          The Babri mosque demolition was not pre-planned •          Not enough evidence against the accused •          Anti-social elements tried to demolish the structure, accused leaders tried to stop them To understand “Justice” in Judgment rather than “Law” in judgment, one should turn some pages of past Indian history just before India got its Freedom from British Rule – by dividing Bharat into India with secular credentials and Pakistan – North & East as Islamic Religious States. There were demands by Hindus then to hand over 3 Sites of Hindu Temple Lands at Ayodhya, Kasi and Mathura by the Muslims in order to heal the wounds of Hindus who had suffered under Mughal Rules for centuries. At that time only Somnath Temple was built due to the efforts of Sardar Vallabai Patel – then De

Demise of Warrior  Monk  Rama Gopalan Born: 1927  - Died: 30-09-2020 at the age of 94 Born in 1927 at Sirkazhi, Mr. Gopalan joined the RSS in 1945. He founded the Hindu Munnani in 1980 under the guidance of the RSS. Following the Meenakshipuram conversions  of Hindus in February 1981, in which around 200 Dalit families of the village converted to Islam as caste Hindus practiced untouchability, he tried to rally Hindus and prevent such conversions. Hindu Munnani was formed to protect the religion from attacks by Islam, Christianity, Communism and those claiming to be rationalists.  It is also advising Hindus practicing untouchability and caste discrimination to give up these obnoxious  practices to save Hindu religions from conversions. In 1984, he escaped a bid on his life at the Madurai railway station. He was among those instrumental in turning immersion processions of Vinayaka idols into a public event in the last 30 years. In 1993, there were bomb attacks made o

Modi Completes 70 Years on the 17th September 2020

Modi Completes 70 Years on the 17 th September 2020 In 1942, John Maynard Keynes remarked: In the long run, almost anything is possible. For that to happen, one should follow Gandhi’s advice of  “Ekla cholo re” or walk alone. That does not mean anti-listening but courageously walk difficult paths of the greatest good for the greatest number. Yes, Modi had practiced the principles of Keynes and Gandhi in letter and spirit. With Courage and Conviction unmindful of victory or defeat in elections, Modi after getting the massive mandate to rule had done wonders so far: Demonetization,  Clean India Programmes,  Clean Energy Schemes, Electrifications of all places including remote tribal inhabited hill areas, One India – One Pension, One India – One Ration Card, Easy Gas Connections and availability of Gas Cylinders, Ease of Doing Business by abolishing or subsuming  many outdated laws and rules, Houses for Middle Class and Poor People, Goods and Services Tax - GST, Abolition of 370 and Tr

Sharadiya Navatri is popular throughout India and this year, the festival will be celebrated starting from 17 th October 2020 to 25 th October 2020. 10 th Day of Navaratri on 26 th October 2020 is also equally important. It is common knowledge that in the first three days of Navaratri, Goddess Durga is invoked in order to destroy all our impurities, vices and defects. The next three days Goddess Lakshmi is adored as a giver of material and spiritual wealth. The final three days the goddess of knowledge, Goddess Saraswati is worshipped. 9 th Day in South India is very special, as the day is being celebrated as Saraswathi Pooja or Ayudha Pooja wherein books, tools and even vehicles are being worshiped as embodiments of Godliness giving us knowledge to enrich us with wisdom, power to accomplish

On 15 th June 2020 at Galwan,  there were stand-off between the Chinese and Indian Soldiers and in that fight no fire arms or explosives  were used. Instead, they fought barehanded, and with sticks and rocks. The restraint to use fire arms was based on an agreement reached in 1996. Chinese soldiers had used nail-studded rods and it was stated that some Indian soldiers had fallen off the cliff during the fight. As PLA had chosen the night time and as our Soldiers were fast asleep, the casualties were high on our side. It was a treacherous and cowardly attack by the Chinese. In that scuffle, 20 Indian Soldiers were killed and 76 injured in the worst clash between India and China Soldiers in decades. There were casualties in China’s side, but, the details were not available. At an altitude of 4,300 metres (14,000 feet), the critically injured were exposed to low oxygen levels and sub-zero temperatures overnight, and transportation difficulties on the steep ridge over the valley delayed
